Every September Motorcycle riders gather in the center of Raleigh to see bikes and be seen on their Motorcycle. Antique, new, fast and packed with space, this Biker event brings out the Biker in everyone.
Raleigh’s loudest festival filling the streets with heavy metal Marshall Tucker covering Skynyrd’s version of Metallica songs. All the time keeping the beat with the rumble of thousands of Hogs cruising Fayetteville St.
Tough Guys with tougher girlfriends is the theme of this festival. Bump into an old friend or stranger but please do not lean against the bikes parked on the street. The Domino affect would wear thin after the third or fourth beating you would receive.
Rival biker gangs exist at this festival and many of them bring their new candidates. The Hollywood version would end badly but at this festival they are all brothers of the two wheel road.
Ray Price’s Harley Davidson Bike Festival is a favorite by all. It has great food, great music and a great theme. A very safe festival, happy crowd and an honest look at the American Biker.
